Lasting Times:
Non-toxic scents have the reputation for not lasting as long as one would hope.
However, at Evaliah, we have a whopping 40% fragrance oil in our perfumes. Meaning, our perfumes will last longer than the usual clean fragrance.
Our times (depending on peoples skin and scent sensitivity) are the following:
- Skin: 4-8 hours
- Hair: 12-48 hours
- Clothing: 12-48 hours
Don't be surprised if you wake up the next morning and can smell the scent in your hair and on your clothing. It's truly remarkable.
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1 business day for your order to be processed. Please be aware that online orders are not processed over weekends or on Victorian public holidays.
Please note during sales or promotional periods, there may be slight delays in processing your order. Please allow 5-7 business days for dispatch of your order during this time. Once your order has been shipped, normal shipping times apply.
DELIVERY
All domestic Australia orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard or Express delivery. Please allow 1-3 business days for express shipping and 2-8 business days for standard shipping.
- Free Standard Shipping for orders $200.00 and over.
- Standard Shipping for orders under $200 is $10.

Express Shipping for all orders is $15.
- International Shipping is $20.

By accepting our terms and conditions upon placing your order you agree that SOLARA THE LABEL is not liable for any delay in delivery. Please allow an additional 1 to 3 business days for delivery of any orders to Western Australia or outside of a metropolitan area. This delivery information may be updated at our discretion at any time.
All online orders are currently shipped from our HQ in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Once an item is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Once you have received your tracking number, please allow 1-2 weeks for your package to be delivered by your local post.

You have total peace of mind! We happily accept returns within 30 days from the date your order was delivered for a full refund, exchange or online store credit on the price of the goods purchased.

To lodge a return please email us at support@solarathelabel.com.au along with:
- Your order number
- Any reference photos
- A description of why you wish to return your item
Items purchased from a stockist must also be returned to the stockist they were originally purchased from, including faulty items.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
- Item/s must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- We accept returns within 30 days for a refund or store credit (unless they are marked FINAL SALE or otherwise specified under our conditions below).
- The item is not subject to the exclusions listed below
Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed once the return has been received by our HQ.

FULL PRICE ITEMS
Items purchased online at full price are eligible for a refund or store credit when returned within 30 days of fulfilment. Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping. Return shipping expenses remain the responsibility of the customer and must be sent back to our HQ in Australia for processing.
PROMOTIONS & SALE ITEMS
Items purchased online from our SALE category are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return, exchange or store credit.
JEWELLERY & FRAGRANCES
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on jewellery and perfume.
